Shipping Restrictions
Piedmont Hemp Co.® complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of our products.
Certain products offered through this website may not be available for shipment to every state, territory, or international destination due to legal, regulatory, carrier, or payment processing requirements.

Orders placed with shipping addresses located in restricted jurisdictions will not be fulfilled and will be canceled. Any payment received for such orders will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All orders are subject to review and verification prior to shipment. Orders that cannot legally be shipped or that do not meet our compliance requirements may be canceled prior to shipment.
Shipping Insurance
Additional shipping insurance may be available upon request for eligible shipments with a declared value not exceeding $2,499 USD, or such lower limits as required by destination, carrier, or shipment contents.
If insurance is desired, it must be requested at the time the order is placed, and any applicable insurance fees must be paid before shipment.
Delivery Time
We make every reasonable effort to ship orders promptly and deliver them according to the estimated delivery schedules provided by the selected carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Piedmont Hemp Co.® shall not be liable for delays, loss, damage, or misdelivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Our liability for any shipment that is delayed, lost, damaged, or otherwise affected shall be limited to the remedies available through the carrier and, where applicable, a refund of the purchase price in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Piedmont Hemp Co.® shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from any shipment or delivery.
